The parade is open to all who would like to participate and free to join!
We ask that you complete the sign-up form before you participate in the event that day.
There will be two information session dates to be held at the Java House on Saturday, July 27th at 11AM and Wednesday, July 31st at 6pm. Please bring your sign-up forms completed and any questions you might have.
The first 20 minutes of the session will be focused on co-coordinating the activity and then general questions about volunteering and vending will be addressed.
It will be first come, first serve in terms of scheduling and positioning individuals and groups interested in being involved. We have some costumes looking for good people to fill for the parade, so if you don’t dance and you don’t drum, you can rock out in a custom costume! Be a pierogie! Be a puppet! Be a Bee!
We’re open to pretty much anything so you can walk in you day clothes for the parade, though we’d like to see you put some creative effort in to it! Dudes can grab some pots and pans, ladies can hoola hoop, anyone can dress up, if you have a crowd friendly dog dress them up and walk them! Entire generations of families welcomed! We would like as many people involved, so sign up and come to an info session to get on the list.
